Board members are elected to serve a staggered two-year term.  Each year, the members of Rain City Soccer Club elect four or five of the nine regular members of the board of directors.  For example, the four or five directors elected this coming January will serve through January 2013.  It is the club's hope that no gender have fewer than three of the nine director positions.

Minimum Responsibilities of Board Members:

• Attend monthly board meetings
• Attend annual board retreat(s)
• Actively participate on at least one standing committee
• Assist in planning RCSC events
